Campaign Road Safety at Work

The initiators of VISION ZERO are committed to health and safety at work, including on the road. They have also signed up to the European Road Safety Charter.

Work-related traffic accidents (commuting accidents and accidents during travel for work) are one of the leading causes for work-related deaths. In Luxembourg, 24 commuting accidents had a fatal outcome between 2019 and 2023.

The aim of this guide is to provide employers and those responsible for occupational safety with practical advice on how to implement road risk prevention measures in the workplace. The main preventive measures that can be implemented by companies to increase the prevention of this occupational risk are based on 7 key commitments. So raise your employees’ awareness and use the participation poster, which you can customize with your company’s logo.

The campaign is currently only available in French. However, translations into German and English are planned.

Cindy from the 1st VISION ZERO campaign is a victim of a commuting accident. Discover her experience.
