General

The personal data provided by the user is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg does not collect personal data other than IP addresses in the logs of web servers for security reasons. The user’s consent is not required before visiting this site.

The body responsible for this processing is the Agency responsible for this site, i.e. the AAA, in close consultation with UEL and INDR.

Users may submit complaints regarding the protection of their personal data through the communication channels provided and to the person responsible, in this case the Body responsible for this site. Users may also submit their complaints to the Data Protection Officer of the Body via the following e-mail address: dpo.aaa@secu.lu. Users may also contact the National Commission for Data Protection with its registered office at 1 Avenue du Rock’n’Roll, L-4361 Esch-sur-Alzette for any dispute in this area.

The information concerning you collected in the various forms on the site is processed by the AAA, which is concerned by your data in order to carry out your request.

By filling in the forms, you accept that your personal data will be processed as part of your request. This information is kept for the time required by the administration to achieve the purpose of the processing. The length of time the data communicated is kept depends on the request.

The recipient of your data is the competent body for the processing of your request. Please contact the Body concerned by your request to find out the recipients of the data contained in this form.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, you have the right to access, rectify and, where appropriate, erase information concerning you. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

In addition, and except where the processing of your data is compulsory, you may, for legitimate reasons, object to it.

Treatments related to newsletter management

The email address provided by the user when they sign up for the newsletter on this website will be communicated to a subcontractor for the sole purpose of distributing the newsletter. The subcontractor – the company “Mailjet”, based in Paris, France – is subject to the same legal obligations with regard to the protection of personal data. To prevent abuse of the system, the user must confirm their subscription by clicking on a link sent to the email address they provided.

The user may unsubscribe at any time using a link provided in each email, or by contacting the body responsible for the website. In the event of problems of use with respect to the newsletter, the user must also contact the body responsible for the website.  The user’s data will not be kept for longer than the period during which the user remains registered.

Occupational Health and Safety Forum

The OHS Forum is a public event.

Participants and visitors are informed that they may appear in photographs and films taken during the event by a service provider and transmitted to the initiators (AAA/UEL/INDR) of the VISION ZERO, acting as data controller.

The photographs and films are intended to be processed and published on written or digital media (in particular on the website www.visionzero.lu) as part of the communication of the national strategy pursued by VISION ZERO. The data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the intended purpose.

For information, the images and films produced by the press or other persons are under the responsibility of the latter.

Cookie management

This site may use client cookies, small text files that make it possible to analyse information relating to user navigation (frequency of visits, duration of visits, pages viewed, language preferences, etc.). They are deposited by this site in a directory provided for this purpose on the user’s computer.
