Combination of the “PowerSeat” winch with the “LongSpan” rail

VTKL is a company that works at height by rope access – with maintenance and protection of natural spaces being its bread-and-butter business. The company works on trees, rivers, cliffs and protecting birds of prey. It provides its expertise to both industry and construction, for maintenance, servicing, protection and rescue operations.

The principle of this project is the combination of the “PowerSeat” winch with the “LongSpan” rail. The PowerSeat is a motorised winch combined with a frame that incorporates a seat, allowing the user to get as close as possible to the anchor point. The LongSpan rail is a new rail system, which is quick and easy to install and is extremely solid. The combination of the winch and the rail ensures the work will be more efficient (no energy waste), smooth movements at height without coming loose and increased occupational safety.
