HUSKY Injection Molding Systems Ltd. is the world’s largest supplier of industrial solutions and employs almost 1,000 people at its site in Dudelange. The company designs and manufactures a wide range of injection moulding machines, hot runners, robots, moulds and integrated systems that are used to manufacture a wide range of plastic products.

In January 2019, as part of its “TargetZERO” program, HUSKY Luxembourg implemented a safety incentive program called “EHS incentive program” to improve working conditions at the site. Teams participating in this program can gain or lose points monthly according to criteria in 4 categories: “Safe Work”, “Proactivity”, “Leadership” and “Commitment”. At the end of the year, the 3 teams which scored the most points are rewarded. The aim of this program is to make the involved parties at every level of the hierarchy aware that everyone must play an “active” role in prevention.
