Request for holding a workshop

Registration for workshop leaders are now closed.

If you are interested in leading a workshop at the Occupational Health & Safety Forum to be held on the 26th of October, 2022 at Luxexpo The Box, please fill out the form below. The facilitation of a workshop is free of charge.

20 educational workshops, which deal with specific topics in the fields of health, safety and well-being at work, will be held in parallel between 10am. and 5pm. in 3 rooms. Good practices from companies are welcome. The duration of a workshop is approximately 45 minutes, including exchange with the audience.

The Organising Committee will make its choice according to the degree of prevention and innovation of the proposed workshops and in order to offer a complete range of workshops to the visitors of the Forum.

Until the 16th of September 2022 :

Apply for a workshop by filling in the form below. Make sure you describe the content of your workshop. Do not hesitate to attach supporting documents.

After the 16th of September 2022 :

Workshop leaders selected by the organisers’ committee will be contacted to make final arrangements. Non-selected workshop leaders will be informed by email. The final programme will be published in the workshops section.
