Steps to publish your best practices

Companies that wish to share a good practice will find hereafter eligibility criteria, terms and conditions and the relevant publication form.

Eligibility criteria (at company level):

• Luxembourgish company
• Company (at least one of the following conditions must be met)
  • VISION ZERO member
  • Company certified “Sécher & Gesond mat System” by AAA
  • Company certified “ESR- ENTREPRISE RESPONSABLE“ by INDR
  • Occupational health and safety management system (e.g.: OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, MASE, VCA)
  • National Health & Safety winner

Eligibility criteria (at good practice level):

The best practice must meet following criteria:

• Promote occupational health and safety through cooperation between managers and employees
• Go beyond the legal framework for occupational health and safety
• Contain the objective, description and outcome of the good practice as used by the company

Terms and conditions:

• A business may submit more than one good practice via using this form for each one of them.
• Several documents can be sent for each application (e.g.: Office documents, videos, audio files…). The business can also send a key photo, which will be used in the “Best Practices” section.
• Once the company has sent its application, it will receive a copy of its application by e-mail.
• Once the application has been reviewed, the company will be informed whether the best practice will be published on the VISION ZERO website.
