In order to involve the \u201ccompagnons\u201d themselves in occupational health and safety, TRALUX has implemented the CAPS initiative (Compagnon Acteur de la Pr\u00e9vention et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 [Acting Prevention and Safety Partner] at all its sites. The CAPS is designated site foreman by the team members and clad in a special green hi-vis harness every week or every other week and serves as an additional point of contact for the prevention of safety risks and for the respect of the environment on site.
