For each family of risks, an explanatory note is provided to help the business to better understand the subject of the questions.<\/p>\n<h4>Procedure<\/h4>\n<hr style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\" \/>\n<p>With a view to obtaining the label, businesses go through the following steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-check: the business evaluates itself by completing the form.<\/li>\n<li>Written commitment from the business\u2019s management \u2013 signature of an agreement between the business and the AAA.<\/li>\n<li>Personalised advice and support of the business by AAA\u2019s prevention service agents (analysis of the self-check, compliance upgrade and preparation of the audit).<\/li>\n<li>Audit performed by an independent body. Awarding of the label.<\/li>\n<li>Partial new audit every year and full audit every 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The label can be withdrawn if the business fails to respect the terms and conditions of the form, or in the event of a severe work-related accident or occupational diseases for which the responsibility of the business can be proven.<\/p>\n<p>To be certified with the label, the score of right answers must be 100% for the legal part, and at least 75% for the part dedicated to risks within the business (at least for the initial certification, as the goal is to reach 100% after 3 years). Questions related to the different risk families are weighted according to their importance.<\/p>\n<h4>Benefits of the label<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotion of occupational health and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Personalised advice, support and monitoring of the business in preparation for effective occupational health and safety management.<\/li>\n<li>Increase in employees\u2019 motivation.<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of occupational health and safety, and decrease of the number of work-related accidents and occupational diseases.<\/li>\n<li>Cost reduction and decrease in absences caused by work accidents and work-related illnesses.<\/li>\n<li>Quality image in terms of occupational health and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Become more visible across different media (business communications, presence on various websites, in the press, at the Health &amp; Safety Forum etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4>Framework Agreement<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>To obtain the quality label, the business commits to implement, promote and maintain within the business a culture of occupational health and safety, based on the \u201cS\u00e9cher a Gesond mat System\u201d label.
