HUSKY Injection Molding Systems Ltd. is the world’s largest supplier of industrial solutions and employs almost 1,000 people at its site in Dudelange. The company designs and manufactures a wide range of injection moulding machines, hot runners, robots, moulds and integrated systems that are used to manufacture a wide range of plastic products.<\/p>\n
In January 2019, as part of its \u201cTargetZERO\u201d program, HUSKY Luxembourg implemented a safety incentive program called “EHS incentive program<\/strong>” to improve working conditions at the site. Teams participating in this program can gain or lose points<\/strong> monthly according to criteria in 4 categories<\/strong>: \u201cSafe Work\u201d, \u201cProactivity\u201d, \u201cLeadership\u201d and \u201cCommitment\u201d. At the end of the year, the 3 teams which scored the most points are rewarded.
