True to its credo \u201cE Spidol vun de Leit fir d&#8217;Leit\u201d, the CHEM offers its employees a stable and humane workplace that encourages dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluation of satisfaction surveys and accidents at work of CHEM employees over the past few years has shown that the <strong>problem of aggression<\/strong> against employees at the CHEM is a real one. Being a signatory of the national strategy \u201cVISION ZERO\u201d, the CHEM launched a project called \u201cPr\u00e9vention et gestion des situations d\u2019agressions physiques et verbales au travail\u201d, which means \u201c<strong>Prevention and management of situations of physical and verbal aggression at work<\/strong>\u201d, to set up a simple and rapid tool for reporting aggression at work.
