PÉTILLANCES

Pétillances is a continuous professional training organisation dedicated to the development of personal skills and the prevention of psycho-social risks through a humanistic and creative learning approach.

“Keskonfaisi?”, which literally means “What shall we do if?” is a gameboard solution to prevent psycho–social risks that was developed by Pétillances. It comprises forty problem situations that could happen in any company at any time. Players are split into small teams and have to come up with solutions to the specific problems shown in order to finish the game. At the throw of a dice, they randomly work on addictions, suicide, conflicts, rumours, the death of a loved one, chronic diseases, burnout, loss of sense… They are given a summary of some of the theory involved at the beginning of the game.
